I'm Lisa Richards, owner of All Design by Lisa. I began my career over 25 years ago as a multimedia designer, creating training animations and interactive content. Since then, my work has expanded to include designing and constructing websites, designing user interfaces, designing logos, performing IT support and problem solving, doing test analysis and management, managing projects and small project teams, conducting business systems analysis, creating marketing material for print, and much more.
Whilst in the past, I’ve balanced freelancing with a range of professional roles, A decade ago, I made the decision to step away from the corporate world and dedicate myself full-time to growing my business, All Design by Lisa.
I believe that good communication is just as important as technical skills. If you need to ask me a question, I'm only a phone call or email away. I'm not afraid to ask questions to really understand what you hope to achieve, and I provide personalised training to all my new website clients who wish to learn how to maintain their own website.
My approach is that the customer is always right... but of course I will provide advice when needed to make sure that continues to be true!
